HUD SECTION CERTIFICATION
At Point Management Group, we partner with our clients to address their needs in a productive and cost-sensitive manner. Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) community liaison coordinator has a goal to ensure employment opportunities are available to PRHA residents. To support this PRHA goal, PMG provides this HUD section 3 information page to provide one-stop-shopping for PRHA residents to conduct research and accomplish paperwork required for self-certification. HUD section 3 certified employees are highly sought out to work on local area construction projects.
