Prime Contractor/Public-Private Partnership Small Business Advocacy and Program Management
PMG has provided small business advocacy/outreach services to meet and/or exceed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Small, Women-Owned, and Minority-Owned (SWAM) participation goals nationwide. Our team works with prime contractors to identify statement of work packets (SOW); identify and vet DBE and SWaM vendors to pursue work; assist vendors with contract terms, conditions, and state business requirements; manage opportunity sessions between prime contractors and small businesses; provide small business pre-qualification assistance; and maintain contractor databases.
S/D/W/MBE Firm Coaching
Firms that are looking to support mega infrastructure projects work with PMG to increase exposure and better position themselves for diverse business opportunities. Our team of DBE program managers and legal professionals provide succinct advice which enables firms to focus on the services they provide as opposed to spinning their wheels with external marketing. PMG is comprised of subject matter experts (SMEs) with experience and educational backgrounds in Economics, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, Marketing and Communications, and Law.
